Magenn Power will not be shipping product until the 2009/10 time frame. Our first product will be a MARS 10 to 25kW sized unit. A 4 kW sized MARS is not in our current plans.

MARS Purchasing and Installation Options
MARS products will be able for purchase from our worldwide network of Authorized Distributors, Certified Dealers and Resellers. Custom built MARS units will be available for purchase directly from the Magenn Power factory.
Magenn Power will offer the buyer a choice of options (what is best for you), which will be basically a trade-off between costs and involvement. Magenn will strive to make installation of the MARS product as simple as possible, but installation does involve obtaining the necessary permits, pouring of a concrete foundation, installing and connecting the tether and the electronics, as well as running a wire run from the MARS unit to your location and finally inflating the MARS unit with helium.
Magenn Power will offer detailed MARS procedures to make the task as easy as possible; a complete installation manual will be available for each product.
MARS DISTRIBUTORS
Magenn will be setting up Distributors on a world-wide basis. Please Note: Magenn will not be shipping product until 2009/10.
CERTIFIED MARS DEALERS
Installations from Certified Dealers are the easiest, fastest, and simplest path to a working MARS installation. Certified dealers will provide full warranty coverage up to 15 years (for an additional yearly maintenance fee) and they will be familiar with the often sometimes difficult permitting processes.
Certified Dealers will receive factory training on the installation and servicing of the MARS system. They will provide a complete "turnkey" installation and will enhance the MARS warranty by providing on-site service options.
RESELLERS
Resellers purchased products directly from Distributors. Authorized resellers are dealers that are typically not involved with the installation process or after-sales support. However, resellers offer a broad range of products and they often have extensive experience with other energy products. Many resellers have catalogues and large mailing lists that allow them to reach people who would not otherwise hear of Magenn Power and our MARS product.
Magenn Power will fully support its Reseller network. Customers will have an option of purchasing support direct from the Resellers Distributor or directly from Magenn Power.
